I am thrilled to share my knowledge of real estate with all of you!

My name is Beth Luca, relator with the Jason Mitchell Group; it's a pleasure to meet you.

Starting my real estate career in New Orleans, and later moving to the east coast of Florida, I've been in this field for 6 years now, and have loved every second off it. I'm also not native to the fact that real estate is hard, and it's definitely not 100% glitz and glam like it's portrayed on television. Through this blog, I hope to share real life experiences, fun home tips, and be able to offer some of my tips and advice to guide both homebuyers and sellers and other agents.

I have always had a love for home design, and it's what sparked my initial interest in this field.

Much of what I hope to share with you is step-by-step guides to navigating this industry. Whether that be guides to first time home buyers or steps to preparing your home for the market, I'm here to help! My goal is to offer you better understanding to sometimes what can be complex processes.

As I already mentioned, I have a great passion for home design and staging. Part of that will also be worked into this blog, as I share fun ways to spice up your home. Implementing even the smallest touches to your home that you may not even think of, can make a world of a difference. Your home is a sanctuary and somewhere you want to feel comfortable to unwind and relax. I want to help you establish that!
